This food steamer basket protects flavor and nutrients in foods and is convenient to use.
Simply unfold steamer, place vegetables on the steamer tray, and set steamer tray in a microwave safe bowl, then add water to bottom of bowl making sure not to cover vegetables. Cover bowl and microwave until vegetables are steamed to desired tenderness.
